The Oregon Department of Corrections (DOC) has launched a new online system, provided by GovQA, for submitting a public records request. This system is designed to make the request process more user-friendly, efficient, and transparent.
As part of this transition, DOC will no longer accept public records requests through the email addresses previously used. Instead, all requesters will be directed to submit their requests through the new Public Records Center. All communication regarding requests will also take place through the Public Records Center.
The Oregon Department of Corrections (DOC) is committed to responding to public records requests in accordance with the Public Records Law (ORS 192.324). All requests for DOC records must be submitted in writing and in accordance with OAR 291-037.
