Below is a list of resources that were made available for the development of affordable rental housing through ORCA at the start of the 2024-2025 biennium.
OHCS accepts applications on a rolling basis as funding is available. All project applications are evaluated based on established standards published by OHCS. During the application review process, OHCS staff assists applicants with determining the best fit for funding sources given eligibility requirements and resource availability.
