Apart from this README file, all data are grouped into two folders: "zip", and "Spreadsheet".  No text report accompanies the database. Please read the metadata for data on the data. 
 
The "zip" folder contains a "mdb" file which is a Microsoft Access file format. This file has been converted into geodatabase file format - native file format of ArcMAP GIS software by Esri, Redlands, California. There is one mdb/geodatabase file: Oregon_Active_Fault_Element_and_Template.mdb.

The "zip" folder also Contains a spreadsheet table in Microsoft Excel format.  Please read the metadata for description of Field Names.
